Coronavirus: they confirm that a City Police cash is infected

A City Police officer positive for coronavirus and forced to isolate 14 colleagues and disinfect the police station where he served, in Caballito.

Police sources confirmed to TN.com.ar that the man has been hospitalized since last Friday in a private sanatorium in the town of Temperley, in Lomas de Zamora.

Upon hearing the news, 14 companions who had contact with him were quarantined in their homes and a disinfection of the workplace was carried out.

As this media learned, days ago the man made a medical consultation for high body temperature. There, a swab was performed and he was recommended to isolate himself at home. However, he went to his workplace.

So far, when and where it became infected with Covid-19 could not be determined.

The infected officer provides service at the 6B Neighborhood Police Station, in Avellaneda at 1500, in Caballito. The activity of that police station was not affected since the operation moved to an adjoining building during disinfection and cleaning.
