In line with the gradual opening of activities allowed by the authorities, Nissan Argentina began to reopen its commercial network and maintenance workshops in different districts of the country, following strict protocols for the care and care of employees and customers.

“Nissan’s objective is to resume activity and return to normalcy as quickly as possible, but always prioritizing the health and safety of our employees and customers. From the first moment, we stayed close to them, digitally, giving maintenance advice, and now with promotions to continue offering them the best service and facilities to access our products, “said Gerónimo Bollaert, director of Network Development and Customer Quality.

In the case of After Sales, the workshops were the first to return to their activity with the permission of the health authorities. For this reason, Nissan made available on its website, the entire list of open service centers and a system for requesting previous shifts via WhatsApp to serve customers.

Today, in addition, it is offering a series of promotions and discounts to continue bringing them benefits for the care of their vehicles. In this sense, for pre-paying the maintenance service during May (it can be done in May or June), there is a 20% discount. It also launched a preventive maintenance campaign for March, Versa and Tiida, where simple, light mechanical repairs are provided at very convenient prices, details of which are also found on the Nissan Argentina website with all the information.

As for dealers and with the same objective of picking up the pace of activity, Nissan is reopening its sales locations across the country to serve the public. This modality is added to the digital channels and the call center that have always been active to offer information about their products.

As of today they are operating with reduced hours and complying with the sanitary and regulatory recommendations for customer service in those municipalities where they have been allowed, such as the Autonomous City of Buenos Aires; Rosary beads; Rio IV and Villa María in Córdoba; Trelew and Comodoro Rivadavia in the province of Chubut; Salta, Currents and Resistance, in Chaco.
