The COE would announce the opening of the commercial galleries

In the central area of ​​the city alone, the Córdoba Chamber of Commerce (CCC) has 18 surveyed galleries that house 968 stores.

This commercial format, which is also present in other corridors of the city, is the next target for flexibilities by the Emergency Operations Center (COE).

Within hours (this Thursday 28 or no later than Friday, according to reports) the COE would announce its opening.

For 70 days, the galleries have not been enabled to receive public and the locals in their interest can only work with delivery.

Its operation will be under a protocol very similar to that applicable to retail, worked until today between the CCC and Adec and already reviewed together with the COE.

It includes the use of chinstraps, limit on the income and circulation of employees and the public (for businesses that are already open it is 1 customer every 20 m2), income control and waiting to guarantee social distance, signs, sanitary measures, etc.

The authorized opening would coincide with the retail opening hours: from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m. and from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Saturdays.

As La Voz announced this week, the official decision was to move, to the extent that the epidemiological situation remains controlled, in opening wholesale stores, galleries and shopping malls, in that order.
