The bank recalls that, by recent disposition of the Central Bank, the branches do not open to the public. However, there are other channels of care
In the framework of the mandatory quarantine ordered by the National Executive Power between March 20 and 31, the Central Bank of the Argentine Republic (BCRA) resolved that financial and exchange entities may not open their branches for customer service during that period.
In this situation, Supervielle requests not to go to its branches and reminds that other channels of attention and help are still in force:
– ATMs operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week with daily recharge reinforcement. The entity recommends not attending at peak times and, when using these means, remember to clean your hands before and after using them.
– Those who do not have a debit card can call 0800-999-5999 (exclusive line for retirees), Monday through Friday from 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. and Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for help.
– It is possible to use the debit card for purchases and extra cash in participating stores, without the need to go to an ATM.
“Our priority is to protect your health and for this reason we ask you to help us comply with the aforementioned, and thus take care of you, us and everyone around us“emphasizes Supervielle.
