BERLIN, May 6 (Reuters) – Orders for German industrial products fell 15.6% in March, to their lowest level since registrations began in 1991, data released on Wednesday showed, as the coronavirus dramatically reduced domestic and foreign demand for products from Europe’s largest economy.
Statistics Office figures showed that domestic orders fell 14.8%, while orders from abroad fell 16.1%. Analysts polled by Reuters forecast a 10.0% drop.
